On January 22, the International Cooperation and Project Office (ICPO) welcomed a colleague from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Katarina Sićović

ICPO representatives Vladan Ćosović and Dragana Zlatović, together with Matija Zlatar, SAIGE Project Coordinator at ICTM, participated in the meeting.

The visit included a presentation of ICPO’s organizational structure, daily activities, project support processes, international cooperation efforts, and adopted policies. ICPO was recognized as an example of good practice, providing an opportunity for a productive exchange of experiences and discussion on models that contribute to more efficient project management.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to establish future collaboration between ICPO and the corresponding unit at the Faculty of Pharmacy, to strengthen institutional capacities and enhance support for researchers. Cooperation and mutual support remain essential to our progress, and we look forward to future joint initiatives.
