ICTM’s Technology Transfer Body successfully organized two thematic workshops dedicated to innovation commercialization, led by our consultant Danijela Matović. The workshops were held on September 1 and 5, 2025, in the big seminar room at Njegoševa 12.

The first workshop, Understanding Financial Statements; Financial Projections and Business Plans, focused on key aspects of financial planning and analysis. Participants had the opportunity to explore core categories of revenue, expenses, and investment, as well as the structure and importance of financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow report. The session also covered the development and updating of multi-year business plans and financial projections.

The second workshop, Key Elements of Negotiation Processes with Potential Business Partners and Business Valuation, addressed the stages of preparing and conducting negotiations with investors, the creation of relevant documentation, and the purpose and types of due diligence analyses. Participants were introduced to basic methods for valuing businesses and intangible assets, supported by practical examples and discussion.

Both workshops were held in an interactive atmosphere, with active participation from attendees. We thank Danijela for her professional and inspiring delivery of the sessions, and all participants for their engagement and contributions.
