  • Chemical and electrochemical thin film deposition on metal and semiconductor substrates for MEMS applications
  • Micromechanical and structural properties of composite laminate materials
  • Application of surface micromachining technology in fabrication of micromechanical structures (deposition and etching of thin structural and sacrificial films).
  • Chemical and electrochemical sensor fabrication using MEMS
  • Obtaining nanoparticles of NdFeB magnetic material by high-energy ball milling
